Yesterday we celebrated Easter by having Uncle Andy and Aunt Stacey over for brunch. Not only was it Brecken's first Easter, but sadly it was Breck's first real fever/illness too. The poor guy barely stuck it out for a small meal and playtime before we had to put him back in bed. He was so out of it. Fortunately, he woke up this morning feeling MUCH better. Phew!
Of course we had sausage souffle- a Schwenk holiday tradition! I swear, the pictures don't to it justice. Thanks to chef Brian, the meal was AMAZING.
We tried to feed Brecken some souffle, but he wasn't in much of an eating mood... aside from nibbling on a piece of cantaloupe.

Brecken was pretty proud of himself for having Aunt Stacey balance that blue ring on her head!
Oh, and Parsnip Pete is about to get whats comin' to him.
I love the way Brecken is looking at Aunt Stace...like he is just wondering what crazy thing she is going to do next to try and entertain him!
That's right Lar, probably something completely crazy, like run a marathon.
