Apologies for the lapse in postings. I've been anxiously awaiting the delivery of my new dslr, a Canon 5D Mark II. I think I am in LOVE! Also, I finally figured out how to change the settings so that you can now leave comments without signing in. Phew, what a hassle that was!

Happy Birthday to Miss Kaylee!

Today Brecken attended his first birthday party! It was for his friend Kaylee, who just turned one! Isn't Kaylee ADORABLE?? We're pretty sure Brecken will agree in about 14 years! We were so excited to celebrate the special occasion with the birthday girl, and to see Kaylee's parents, Jessica and Nick (Jessica has been a friend of Heather's since junior high school).

Happy birthday, Kaylee and Jess!!! (Yep- Mommy and baby share the SAME birthday! How cool is that?!)

My first prop project! I found this super fun chair at the Goodwill and after sanding it down and a splash of fire engine red paint, WALLAH! Can't wait to use it in some outdoor shots. Stay tuned!
