Yesterday we went over to our friends, Scotty and Brittany's house to watch the Super Bowl. While we were there, Brecken had lots of fun playing with his buddies, Axel and Keegan.

The Sick Little Bear

Last week Brecken had his first real case of the flu, or a closely related illness. Despite having had his flu shot, he was showing all the signs, so we let him post up in our bed until it finally passed. We've never seen our little guy so miserable!

Even when he's sick, he's as cute as can be!

He was signaling me to wipe his hands clean. Few things can upset the boy like sticky applesauce between the fingers!

Hours of back-to-back Yo Gabba Gabba helped 

"Turty" the turtle needed some comforting too...

Brecken at 17 Months

Okay, I admit it. I have been down right horrible about posting the past month or so. So now I've got a handful of random pictures of Brecken that are just begging to be posted... and far more importantly, I'd feel like an awful mommy blogger if I neglected his entire 17th month. I cannot believe he'll already be 18 months in just over a week! Eek!
